WISENHEIMER BOOKS GRAND OPENING
This is the view from my studio today, and it is seriously disrupting my focus and productivity. Every time I walk out to the hall one of the books grabs me in passing, and I stop to open to a random page and read. It took me three trips over as many hours to actually remember that where I was headed was to pour hot water over the teabag waiting for me.
First trip the Georgia O'Keefe book snagged me.
Next trip it was a Chabon I'd never heard of.
Then Robert Cray reminded me of my Last Hurrah days.
(Then I finally got my tea.)
I haven't even touched the third shelf yet.
Art and books.
Throw in some First Friday wine and snacks and two adjacent couches, and we just leveled up to Paradise.
See you Friday.
