AAURA LIPINKSI

Picture
My art flows in the moment while dancing with my intuition to produce abstract works that stand alone in unique expressions , I take inspiration from life personal experience, and places running deep in my subconscious. Painting is transformational - and lifts me into a space of joy and happiness. Each time you look at one of my renderings , you will see something new and different .

I am joyous and appreciative that my art has earned two blue ribbons and has been seen on display throughout various Starbucks in Portland . It is wonderful to know that the passion I feel for my work can move another and generate inspiration .

I am self-taught and often use recycled material and large flat pieces of wood instead of standard canvas.  I like to experiment with tools other than brushes to create unique compositions and textures that are revealed slowly throughout the process. Using Acrylic paint, vibrant compositions over oil provide a splash of mysticism to each work , a quality that shows itself in everyday life if you dare to look just a bit closer.

I don’t follow any rules when I paint, I am a free spirit and can be found immersed in my craft at all hours.

My art reflects the past, the future, and the now rolled into one portrayal,
My art is about connecting and then letting go .
